Does AI read the whole book or reveal spoilers?
Capturing one page does not upload an entire book. Retome's AI is designed to use material you explicitly allow and save. Anything beyond it must be identified separately, rather than treating unread chapters as known. The answer above is a fixed interaction example, not a live AI service.
Will AI rewrite my notes?
Your words and an AI explanation should remain distinct. AI should never silently overwrite a note. The current web space supports manual editing and saving of private notes; it does not generate AI text.
Where is web-space data stored?
Your web profile and notes are stored on the server and are available only to the signed-in account. Registration does not create a public page. This is not on-device storage or an end-to-end encrypted note service. Do not store passwords or similarly sensitive information.
Can I download the App, and does it sync with the web?
The iPhone App is in limited private testing and TestFlight is not public. You can apply by email. The current web space works independently and does not automatically sync books, reading progress, or notes from the iPhone.
A book does not have to be finished at once.
